Customer responsibilities:

- To provide feedback on your equality act compliance. High quality photos/videos and dimensions of areas discussed during at least one video call taking place between 10:00 and 17:00. Monday to Friday
Accessence responsibilities:
- To call to arrange date and time for first video call within two working days of order. To provide a report detailing areas of non compliance with cost effective mitigation advice
